Zhanqian Creative Park

Nantong Zhanqian Creative Park is located in front of Nantong railway station on a simple rectangular site. The podium is raied 30m to allow better views and also create an urban plaza for the people of Nantong. The high-rise towers are inspired by reeds commonly found by the water edges of Nantong. Outdoor spaces are connected to the raised podium which consists of 3 levels, each containing a variety of spaces suitable for retail spaces & galleries.

站前二號創意園。南通。中國

 

位在南通火車站前方的二號地，長方塊狀簡單乾淨。為了讓商業裙樓能夠眺望周遭，設計方案特別將商業的部分提高至30米處（約六層樓高）。讓地面騰空出來的空間，形成一個開放的城市廣場，南通人可以在這裡聚集。高樓建築的部分靈感源自南通水邊常見的蘆葦叢。室外空間和中央的裙樓連接，裙樓共有三層，內部安排了大小空間，適合商店和藝廊空間用途。
