Kinokuniya Galleria, Abu Dhabi

The architectural design for Kinokuniya Galleria in Abu Dhabi is inspired by a harmonious interplay of geometric shapes, drawing from Islamic geometric patterns. The intention is to create a space that not only reflects the cultural context but also establishes a visual connection with Kinokuniya Dubai.

The design further explores the interplay of small and large square shapes, particularly evident in the main circulation area's timber ceiling feature. This dynamic arrangement of shapes adds depth and visual interest to the space, inviting visitors to explore and discover.

Drawing from Islamic art and architecture, the design incorporates the hexagon motif into the display tables. This adds a layer of cultural significance to the design, resonating with the local context.
